The house is equipped with almost everything necessary for daily life (washing machine, kitchenette, cutlery, induction stove, coffee maker, etc), 7 KVA wall charging for EV, and the location is very convenient and within walking distance to public transportations (commuter train stations, bus stops, taxis), and public facilities (convenient stores, cafes, restaurants). It is also within reasonable distance (15∼30 minutes by bike / car) to universities (Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gunadarma, Universitas Pancasila, etc), shopping malls (D'mall, City Plaza Depok, ITC Depok, Margo City, Pesona Square), and supermarkets (Hypermart, Yogya, Food Hall, etc).
